Compared to other manufacturers on the market, we are fundamentally different. We fight for homeowners and companies, which has resulted in many concrete development and design initiatives in our products.
We listen. We see. And we act on wants and needs.
Whether it is technology, efficiency or design, we always push the boundaries of what is possible, so that you as a customer or partner are guaranteed the best green solutions. For us, trust, quality and the environment go hand in hand. It’s not just about being able to deliver the right product in the right place, at the right time. It is also about future-proofing. About durability and function. And about understanding user needs.
40+ years. With a focus on heat pump technology.
DVI has existed since 1979. The focus has always been on developing and producing heat pump solutions with a long service life. We have always dedicated ourselves exclusively to heat pumps and not spread our focus. This has enabled the quality of the products we have on the market today and paved the way to a leading position among heat pump manufacturers.
Since 2018, DVI has been privately owned by North Jutland owners, who see the potential in a priority focus on heat pumps as well as the benefits of maintaining their own Danish development and production facilities.

7 good reasons
Reason no. 1
Finally, a heat pump that doesn’t spoil the view
DVI is for those who value aesthetics. With a passion for minimalist expression, we believe in timeless design that combines the functional with the fascinating. We make the climate friendly choice the most attractive choice. Therefore, we have created a heat pump that can be placed wherever you want it, blending beautifully into your garden surroundings.
Reason no. 3
Long-lasting durability
The DVI heat pump is designed for long durability and all weather conditions.
At our factory in Denmark, we have full control over both design and production methods. We have developed a heat pump that can handle windy and humid areas. Our heat pumps have a total lifespan of 20-25 years. This is due to solid materials and Danish craftsmanship at its best.
Reason no. 5
Control your heating like never before
You have the option to purchase DVI SmartControl*. With this, you have all your settings right at your fingertips, and you don’t need to stand in front of your heat pump to adjust the temperature in your home.
Should any unexpected operational disruptions occur, you will be notified automatically.
Reason no. 2
The sound of silence
A constant hum and buzz from an air-to-water heat pump can quickly turn your joy of green and affordable heating into pure irritation. With the latest technology and design, the DVI heat pump can bring the noise level to an absolute minimum. What little sound it produces is directed upwards using the noise-reducing cylindrical housing.
Reason no. 4
Forget all about freezing
The DVI heat pump utilizes the heat in the outdoor air and recycles it to heat your home and water. It transfers energy from a low-temperature level to a high one. Even at minus degrees, it can use the air as an energy source for heating.
The indoor unit of the heat pump even features an electric heater that automatically supplements the effect of the heat pump in the coldest times
Reason no. 6
An investment that can be felt
A well-considered construction with a minimum of electronics and control components, and with the most vulnerable components protected in the heat pump’s indoor unit. In practice, this means fewer service inquiries, less need for repairs, and higher energy efficiency – resulting in significant overall savings.

How it works

The air-to-water heat pump utilizes the heat in the outdoor air and reuses it to heat both homes and domestic water. Its ability to transfer energy from a low temperature level to a high one allows it to use the air as an energy source for heating even at minus 20 degrees.
